Meet Heather!
Hello! I’m Heather
My passion is to create an exciting and joy-filled life and to inspire others to do the same. I have an abundance of enthusiasm and sharing that with others is why I walk this Earth, our spectacular playground.
I have created this in my life by going on adventures that thrill me, doing work I love, and making small choices everyday that produce vitality. My soul yearns to have new experiences and to discover new ways to express myself. I continuously study the areas of inner joy, health, fitness, nutrition, and how to consciously design our lives.
I’ve been coaching in various forms for over 25 years, helping young kids to senior citizens reach achievements that have enhanced their lives. I treasure the personal relationships I have built with my clients over the years and am grateful to share in their experiences.

My Background
I graduated from the University of Texas (Go Horns) with a degree in Biology. I have worked for the Global Relationship Center, volunteered for Hospice Austin, Warrior’s Weekend, Over the Edge and the Peace Corps in Senegal, Africa. I’ve done two 10-day Vipassana Meditation sits (hardest thing I’ve ever done), competed in sand sculpting, and recently bought a bow and arrows.
I always have answered the call of adventure – backpacking through the jungles of Borneo (leech check!), riding my bicycle across the U.S. (I think I can, I think I can), learning to surf in Nicaragua (that’s going to take some more work), or exploring caves here in Austin (bats don’t live only under the Congress Street Bridge).
My Education
- BA in Biology from UT Austin
- American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer
- 96 hours of American College of Sports Medicine training
- CPR, AED, First Aid certified
